No 12 Luxuriously Furnished Rooms
Unwind in one of four individually decorated bedrooms. Each spacious bedroom is luxuriously furnished with extra long beds (6’6”), super-fine bed linen, feather pillows and merino wool blankets. All rooms have a television, stacks of magazines and an ensuite.
Muted Farrow & Ball colours and a tasteful mix of modern and antique furnishings make No 12 an infinitely stylish place to stay. Ultra-modern ensuite bathrooms come complete with fluffy bathrobes and indulgent Molton Brown products.
Start the day with your choice of breakfast from fresh coffee and croissants to a full English made with locally sourced produce.
No 12 is a no smoking house.
Room One situated at the front of the house, looking out over the street (perfect for people-watching) this room has shuttered windows, a wooden sleigh bed and a free-standing claw-foot bath.
Room Two also over-looking the characterful street, this room has an antique leather sleigh bed, exposed wooden beams and a two-person power shower in the ensuite bathroom.
Room Five looking out over the garden this peaceful room has an antique brass bed and an inviting chaise-longue. The ensuite has a large walk-in shower.
Room Four this room has a hand-painted antique wooden bedhead, a garden view and a claw-foot bath in the ensuite. This room can be ‘extended’ to include a dressing room complete with inviting chairs and a second bathroom with a shower.
